Beginning at the intersection of present U. S. Route 6, U. S. Route 20 and Detroit Avenue at West Corporate Limits of Rocky River, thence in an easterly direction along Detroit Avenue through Lakewood to the intersection of present U. S. Route 6 and U. S. Route 20 in Cleveland.
