Route 301 to Russel Street in Fayetteville, thence northwesterly over Russel Street (U. S. Truck Route 301) to Gillespie Street, (U. S. Route 401 Business) thence in a southwesterly direction over U. S. Route 401 through Wagram to the junction of U. S. Route 401 Bypass at Laurinberg, thence over U. S. Route 401 Bypass to the intersection of N. C. Route 79, thence over N. C.
