Beginning at the intersection of U. S. Route 64 west of Cleveland, thence in a southerly direction over S. R. 99 through Hallett, Jennings, Oilton, Drumwright, Prague, Siminole, Bow Leg, Dewright, Ada, Ahloso, Fittstown, Pontotoc, Coonerville and Madill to the Texas-Oklahoma Line south of Madil1.

From the Oklahoma State Line south of Madill, thence over S. R. 99 through Collinsville, Tioga, Pilot Point to the intersection of S. R. 24 and S. R. 99 to the intersection of U. S. Route 377 and U. S. Route 77 in Denton.
