Designate present U. S. 98 between the above points as U. S. 98 Alternate.
CONNECTICUT
U. S. Route 6
Relocation

APPROVED
Beginning at the intersection of U.S. 6, U. S. 44, and I 86 east of Hartford, then over I 86 to the intersection of I 84, thence in a westerly direction overlapping I 84 to the intersection of present U. S. 6 near Farmington.
GEORGIA
U. S. Route 23
Relocation

Beginning at the intersection of present U. S. 23, and S.R. 20 and a newly constructed facility east of Sugar Hi11, thence over the newly constructed facility (S.R. 20 and S.R. 365) to the intersection of present U.S. 23 in Rabbittown.
