INTERSTATE ROUTE DESIGNATIONS (Confirmed by action of the Executive Committee, October 26, 1969)
New York
I-481 Renumbering	Redesignate as I-481 that route between Forrest and Collamer in the Syracuse vicinity now designated at I-281.
I-684 Renumbering	Redesignate as I-684 that route between White Plains and Brewster now designated as I-87.
I-87 Relocation	Eliminate the designation of I-87 between Elmsford, White Plains, Brewster and Newburgh and designate the portion of the New York Thruway between Elmford, Suffern and Newburgh added to the Interstate System under Section 139, Title 23, of the 1968 Highway Act and approved by the FHWA on September 11, 1969, as I-87.
LOUISIANA
I-310 Elimination	Eliminated currently designated Spur Route I-310 in New Orleans.
I-410 New Route	Designate as I-410 that Loop Route from the intersection of I-10 northeast of New Orleans running in a southwesterly direction to the intersection of I-10 west of New Orleans.
VIRGINIA
I-195 New Route	Designate as I-195 that Spur Route from the intersection of I-95 and I-64 in Richmond running south to the intersection of SR 147.
