Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 23, U.S. 20 and I-475 northwest of Ottawa Hills, thence in a southeasterly direction overlapping I-475 to the intersection of I-75 in Perrysburg, thence northeasterly overlapping I-75 to the intersection of U.S. 20, and present U.S. 23. Bypassing Ottawa Hills, Maumee, Toledo and Perrysburg.

Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 35, S.R. 160 and a new facility northwest of Gallipolis thence easterly over the facility to the West Virginla State Line.
