Beginning at junction approximately 1.5 miles north of El Reno and extending north over a newly constructed facility to junction with present U.S. 81, a distance of 1.2 miles

Beginning at junction with U.S. Route 266 and State Highway 2 south of Werner and extending northerly over newly constructed facility to junction of present U.S. 266 at north edge of Warner, a distance of 2.8 miles.

Designate as U.S. 460 Bypass that newly constructed route beginning at the intersection of Front Street and Bowers Avenue in Richlands and bypassing Richlands to the north, rejoining U.S. 460 near the east Corporate Limits of Cedar Bluff. Redesignate existing U.S. 460 as U.S. 460 Business.
