NEW YORK
I-590 Redesignation Rochester Approved-subject to FHWA Concurrance	Redesignate present I-590 between Winton Road and the west intersection of I-490 as I-390 and extend this I-390 designation northerly on the western side of Rochester outer loop to the intersection of the Lake Ontario State Parkway. Designate as I-590 present SR 47 from the present east terminus of I-590 to the east intersection of SR 104.
