U.S. Route 21 Elimination Approved	Eliminate the present U.S. Route 21 designation between U.S. 460 in Bluefield, West Virginia and I-81 in Wytheville, Virginia.

U.S. Route 141 Elimination Approved	Eliminate the present U.S. 141 designation between Green Bay and Milwaukee.
