Relocation of U.S. Route 220 and Establishment of an Alternate Route. RELOCATION-APPROVED ALTERNATE-DISAPPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present US 220 and a newly constructed facility at Emory, then north over the newly constructed facility to the intersection of present US 220 south of Steed. Designate present US 220 through Candor and Biscoe as US 220 Alternate.
OHIO
Relocation of U.S. Route 30 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present US 30 and a newly constructed facility northwest of Van Wert, then east over the new facility to the intersection of present US 30 southwest of Beaverdam.
OKLAHOMA
Relocation of U.S. Route 81 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of US 81 and a newly constructed facility north of Comanche, then north over the new facility to the intersection of present US 81 in Duncan.
PENNSYLVANIA
U.S. Route 422 Relocation APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present US 422 and a newly constructed facility west of West Kittanning, thence east over the new facility to the intersection of SR-66, then north over SR-66 over present US 422 in Kittanning.
TENNESSEE
I-75 Renumbering APPROVED	Renumber as I-275 presently designated I-75 from the intersection of I-40 in Knoxville to the intersection of I-640 northwest of Knoxville. Designate as I-75 present route I-640 from the intersection of I-275 north of Knoxville to the intersection I-40 west of Knoxville.
VIRGINIA
U.S. Route 13 Relocation and Elimination of a Business Route APPROVED	Eliminate the U.S. 13 Business designation between the intersection of I-64 and Northampton Blvd. in Norfolk and I-64 at Bowers Hill. Remove the US 13 designation from its overlap with I-64 between these points and designate former Business Route 13 as US 13.
U.S. Route 211 Elimination APPROVED	Eliminate as a U.S. route US 211 from the intersection of I-66 and US 29 in Arlington, Virginia, to the intersection of US 15 Business in Warrenton.
