Beginning at the present terminus of U.S. Route 165 at Dunne, then northerly over SR 1 to the intersection of SR 152 st Dewitt, then westerly over SR 152 to the intersection of SR 11, then northerly over SR 11 to the intersection of U.S Route 79 at Stuttgart then westerly over U.S. Route 79 to the intersection of SR 130, then northwesterly over SR 130 to the intersection of U.S. Route 70 in Little Rock.

Eliminate the U.S. 23 Business designation between U.S. 23 north of Cornelia and the intersection of present U.S. 23 at Baldwin.
