In addition, the techniques and methods employed in a special library should be more precisely geared to the specific needs of the UROPA. In fine, "a library houses a collection of reading materials to preserve them and make them available for use". Libraries have become indispensable in the modern world. They serve academic world as well as all branches of business, government, and eivle life by furnishing information needed by indi- viduals and organizations and provide books and other materials to all people without any reser- vation.
