The thirteenth and fourteenth chapters of the Gaṇitâpâṭî Kaumudî a work on arithmetics, written by Nârâyaṇa, a son of Nṛisiṅha, in 1356. The thirteenth chapter, called ankapâṣa, on the combination of numerals, begins:
