IN THE YEAR 1909.



  1. An Act to further amend the Inland Steam-vessels Act, 1884, and the Indian Steam-ships Act, 1884.
  2.     "      to amend the Indian Paper Currency Act, 1905.
  3.     "      to amend the Law of Insolvency in the Presidency-towns and the Town of Rangoon.
  4.     "      to consolidate and amend the Law relating to the punishment of whipping.
  5.     "      to amend certain enactments relating to the Army.
  6.     "      further to amend the Indian Volunteers Act, 1869.
  7.     "      to remove doubts as to the validity of the marriage ceremony common among the Sikhs called Anand.
