III, 4 (4 1a); Gem. ib. one opin., כירי בי antichi (in the Mishnah) means a vessel suspend- ed between fire places (heated bricks); another opin., דודי בי a metal vessel suspended within a caldron-like vessel, the vacant space beneath being filled with coals.
