בעט II (b. h.; בע, akin to בץ, בט) to trample, strike, kick. Y. Yoma VIII, 45b top פרדה בעטתו a mule kicked him. Ex. R. s. 30 בפילקי ב׳ knocked against the prison door (burst it open). Ab. Zar.
