נתז, Pi. נתז (sec. verb of נזה, v. Kidd. 25a) 1) (neut. verb) to sguirt, fly of. Kidd. 25a הזאה ונתזה מזה . . הרי וכ׳ (perh. Niff) if a person (priest) was sprinkling for purification, and the sprinkling few upon his (the unclean person's) mouth. Y. Yoma III, 41a top, a. e. מנקזין, v. ניצון. B. Kam.
