the Lord does not visit her sins upon a nation until
the time comes to send her away (into captivity); אין
שילוחו. . הקבה tthe Lord does not punish a king, until
the time comes tto drive him away (depose him). Hull.

Par. 1 ציפרים ש׳ letting the birds (of the leper's sacrifice)

section treating of the sending out of the camp of the
