Shoe the little horse,
And shoe the little mare,
And let the little colt
Run bare, bare, bare.


LXXXV.

The Queen of Hearts she made some tarts,
All on a summer's day.
The Knave of Hearts he stole those tarts,
And hid them clean away.
The King of Hearts he missed those tarts,
And beat the Knave right sore,
The Knave of Hearts brought back the tarts,
And vowed he'd steal no more.


LXXXVI.

As I was going to St. Ives,
I met seven wives;
Each wife had seven sacks,
Each sack had seven cats!
Each cat had seven kittens!
Kits, cats, sacks, and wives,
How many were there going to St. Ives?
