My Lorde Cumpton (Compton) Portions of this suit were formerly at Holme Lacy and are now in the Metropolitan Museum of New York, comprising the burgonet with buffe, pauldrons, arm-defences and laminated cuisses with knee-cops (Figs. 1145 and 1146). Mr. Skidmur (John Scudamore) The back- and breastplate, tace and tassets of this suit, together with the jambs and imperfect sollerets, formerly at Holme Lacy, are now in the Metropolitan Museum of New York (Fig. 1149).
