Memorandum that Sr Francis Cheney Knight and Robert Caloner Docter of Divinity & pson of Agmodisham being the only surviving Feoffes or graunt of Thomas Cheney of Bramblehanger in the pish of Luton in the County of Bedf. Esquier intrust for fyve pound yerely to be receyved out of the Moze farme in Chesham and to be Distributed to the godly pore of Chesham Agmondisham and Drayton Beauchampe in such Manner & by such porons & at such tymes as in the Deed poll of the sayd Thomas Cheney appereth the true Copie whereof is written verbatim in the beginng of this paper Booke for the continuaon of the sayd Auetie out of the said farme to the vses in the sayd Deed poll of Thomas Cheney expressed and to establish a ppetuetie thereof, by vertue of a power geven & granted to the two surviving feoffees or grauntes as in the said Deed poll doth appere to witt in a schedule therevnto annexed and afore written in this Booke Did vpon the three and twentith Day of May Anno Dni 1618 assigne & sett over aswell the said Deed poll as allso the sayd yerely Rente of Fyve pound vnto Francis Cheney of Chinduth in the County of Hartf. Esq. Thomas Cheney esquier Sonne & heir of Sir Thomas Cheney Knight, Wm Dracke gent. Thomas Ashfeild of Chesham Esq. Richard Woodcok of Chesham clerk & Richard Baldwin of Dundridge in the County of Buck. gent. & their heirs for ever to the same Charitable vses as in the said Deed poll & schedules are exssed
