Aylworth, Henry, chancellor of the diocese of Oxford, B.C.L. from New Coll. 2 Nov., 1647, fellow 1642, ejected 1648, D.C.L. 9 March, 1660-1, lieutenant of the University troop 1685 on the breaking out of the Duke of Monmouth's rebellion, died in 1699, father of Giles and of the next named.
