Whereas, the parties named in the above list have requested that the lands therein described be brought under the Real Property Act, and the said application s have been referred to us by the Registrar-General, we hereby direct that the publication of the same may be made as above specified, and particularised opposite the name of each respectively; and in case no caveat be received by the Registrar-General in respect to such lands, on or before the expiration of the periods set opposite each name respectively, from the date of the South Australian Government Gazette notice, we direct the Registrar-General to take such steps as are by law directed for bringing such land under the operation of the said Act.
