Bound in imitation vellum with pictorial stamping in green and green lettering. 15 numbered pages, 3¾×6¾. Frontispiece only, in green and white. (Little Parchment Library.) There is also another binding in purple suede with gold lettering on the cover and spine. These two editions were probably done at the same time, the suede binding being the more expensive one. No date.

Bound in vellum with pictorial stamping on the cover and gold lettering on the cover anl spine; gilt top. 134 numbered pages, 8¾×11½. This edition is limited to 1000 numbered copies, for sale in Great Britain and Ireland, signed by the artist. Forty full-page illustrations in colour mounted on brown paper and thirty drawings in black and white. Yellow silk ties.

There is a trade edition bound in tan cloth with the same pictorial stamping in gold and gold lettering, the same number of pages and illustrations as the limited edition. The coloured illustrations are mounted on tan paper. Size of page, 7×9¾.

American Edition: Bound in gray decorated boards with green cloth back, gold pictorial stamping and gold lettering on the cover and spine. The same number of pages and illustrations as the English edition. Size of page, 6⅞×9⅞.
