Twenty-four full-page illustrations in colour, sixteen of which are mounted on cream paper, and twenty drawings in black and white; also pictorial end-papers in tan and white. This edition is limited to 600 copies numbered and signed by the artist. No date.

There is a trade edition bound in red cloth with pictorial stamping in gold on the cover and blind lettering; the spine has gold lettering. There are the same number of pages, the same number of illustrations, and the same end-papers (in brown and white). The size of the page is 7¼×9½.

American Edition: This edition is bound in orange-red cloth with pictorial stamping in gold on the cover and gold lettering on the cover and spine. This edition is the same as the English trade edition with the exception of the binding. Published by George H. Doran Company, New York. No date, but published in 1922.
