Bound in limp vellum with gold lettering on the cover; gilt top. 44 numbered pages, 5⅞×9. There are four full-page illustrations in colour and fourteen drawings in black and white, also pictorial end-papers in tan and white. This edition is limited to 410 copies, of which 400 copies are for sale, all signed by the artist.

There is a trade edition bound in pictorial wrappers with the same number of illustrations and the same pictorial end-papers. Size of the page, 5¾×8¾.

American Edition: Bound in red or green cloth with pictorial panel pasted on the cover, and the lettering on the panel in red. This edition was published by J. B. Lippincott Co., Philadelphia, and has the same number of illustrations and the same pictorial end-papers.
