When ye ſe yowre hawke blaw oftyn tymes: and that it commys of no batyng. ye may be ſure ſhe hath the gowte in the throte And foꝛ that Take the blode of a pekoc. and Encenſe myrabolanana. and clawis of gelofre. and canell. and gyngeꝛ. and take of all thes euynlich and medyll hem with pecokkys blode. and ſeth it tyll it be thycke. and theꝛof make moꝛcellis. and yeue the hawke theꝛof eueri day. at mydmoꝛne and att Noone.

Take Momyan odeꝛwiſe called momyn. among Poticaries ye may haue it. and the ſkynne of an haare and yeue it to yowre hawke to eete .ix. tymes with the fleſh of a catt. and iff ſhe may holde that meette ſhe ſhall be ſaafe.
