Investigatlon

The 01v11 Aeronautlcs Board was notlfled of thls acoldent at 1250 on October 1h, 1963. Investlgators were 1mmed1ately dlspatched to the scene, and an 1nvest1gatlon was conducted 1n accordance w1th prowlslons of Tltle VII of the Federal Av1atlon Act of 1958, as amended.
