Program for Monday: Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of S. 722, Countering Iran’s Destabilizing Activities Act, post-cloture. At 5 p.m., Senate will begin consideration of the nomination of Kenneth P. Rapuano, of Virginia, to be an Assistant Secretary of Defense, and vote on confirmation of the nomination at approximately 5:30 p.m. Following disposition of the nomination of Kenneth P. Rapuano, Senate will continue consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of S. 722, Countering Iran’s Destabilizing Activities Act, with all post-cloture time being expired.
