So what I'm telling you, you guys asked me to give my complete answer based off of recollection, and I do not know that this text represents a complete answer so that if I positively affirmed that, that that would be the complete reason why the series of events happened with the permit. So that's why I'm saying I do not recall. And I'm trying to be forthright. I am trying to—maybe I add too much stuff.
