Mr. Burnham. If I may, Dr. Eastman will probably assert the Fifth in response to that question, but from my perspective as counsel the answer is yes.

  Okay. And Ms. Lofgren, I believe, has joined us. And we're going to need to take just a very short break, and we'll go off the record.

  I think we just need to hear from Dr. Eastman the invocation of the Fifth that counsel just made.
