This is a deposition of Dr. John Eastman conducted by the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the U.S. Capitol.

And just to let you know, there may be members of the committee that will either come in person or participate by video. We will keep an eye on that to try to let you know and say on the record when members join.
We probably won't say on the record when they leave just because if they're by video, they can just hit exit and we won't necessarily notice when they leave. So the record might not always show when the members leave.
The questions will be led by staff, but we will occasionally pause and see if any of the members want to ask any questions we move on.
