' There is giuen in by Robert Charells, Esq"", in & by. his last will & testament for the better mayntenance of the hospittall of Tauistock the some of 4" p Ann for euer out of his lands in pellaton, in the County of Cornuwall, to be Rceaued & paid to the said hospittall people by Certayne psons Appoynted by the ffeoffees thereof
