An Act to consolidate the Acts relating to the
Constitution. [18th August, 1902.]

Be it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

PART I.
Preliminary.

Short title and division.1. This Act may be cited as the “Constitution Act, 1902,” and is divided into Parts and Divisions, as follows:—

  • PART I.—Preliminaryss. 1–4.
  • PART II.—Powers of the Legislaturess. 5–9.
  • PART III.—The Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly
