Cork, and has issue, living, Daughter, Georgians Dorothea Harriet, b. 1853. Brothers living, Fenton John, heir presumptive, b. 1806; entered the 2nd Life Guards, 1835, became Lieut. 1837, Capt. 1842, Major in the Army, 1854, Lieut.-Col. (unattached) 1859 : m. 1851, Lady Katherine Felicia Pakenham, daughter of the 2nd Earl of Longford, Residence 9, Lowndes-street, S.W. William Charles, *. 1809, m. 1st, 1840 ; 2ndly, 1866. CARBERY, Baron, His lordship's predecessor was his uncle, Sir John Evans Freke, Bart. 6th Baron, b. Nov. 11, 1/65 ; succeeded his cousin, March 4, 180"; he was for some time a Representative Peer of Ireland ; TO. 1788, Catherine Charlotte, daughter of the 2nd Earl of Arran : his lordship d. May 12, 1845, without having isaue. Her ladyship survived him seven years. Cardiff, Baron, title borne by the Marquess of Bute. CARDIGAN, Countess of, ADELINE LOUISA MARIA, only daughter of the late Spencer Horsey de Horsey, Esq., by Lady Louisa, youngest daughter of the 1st Earl of Stradbrcke: m. 1st 1858, as his 2nd wife, the 7th Earl of Cardigan, who d. 1868; when his titles merged into that of his cousin, the Marquess of Ailesbury ; 2ndly 1873, the Count de Lancastre, nephew of Field Marshal the Duke of Saldanha.
