KILMAINE, Baron, His lordship's predecessor was his father, John Cavendish, 3rd Baron Kilmaine, and a Representative Peer for Ireland. He was *. June 11, 1794, and succeeded his father 1825. Was a Dep. Lieut, for Westmeath co., and a Ma- gistrate for co. Mayo: m. 1st. 1822, Eliza who d 1834 daughter of David Lyon, Esq. : 2n(ily, 1839, Mary, 2nd daughter of the Hon. Charles Ewan Law, Q.C., M.P., sometime Recorder of London, and sister of the 3rd Baron Ellenborough. He d. Jan. 13th, 1873, leaving issue by 1st marriage four daughters, and by second marriage three sons and two daughters. KILMAINE, Baroness, MARY, 2nd daughter of the late Hon. Charles Ewan Law, Q.C., M.P., sometime Recorder of London, and sister of the 3rd Baron Ellenborough : m. 1839, as his second wife, the 3rd Baron Kilmaine, who d. Jan. 1873.
