On the morrow, Sunday, we travelled four leagues after mass and after breakfasting to a fortified town named Seseli (Seyssel), where the Duke of Savoy resides, and has his court. The town is built on both sides of the Rhone in the midst of mountains; and there is a bridge over the river Rhone.
