To insure safety by mail each order for paper in sheets is enclosed in a pasteboard cylinder, which makes an additional charge of five cents to be added for any order however small.
Assortment A, named in the above list of prices, contains the six spectrum standards with one tint and one shade of each and grays.
Assortment B contains the intermediate hues with one tint and one shade of each. A list of the assortments in the other packages will be furnished on application.
Customers sending for 6 x 6 papers, 100 pieces to a package, must order twelve packages or any multiple of twelve at one time, and those wanting 6x9 papers, fifty pieces to a package, must take eight packages or multiples of eight, otherwise the paper will cut to such disadvantage that we cannot afford to sell these packages at the prices named. In ordering, select any of the colors in the sample book for either of these packages.
This is the only system of elementary color instruction based on the science of chromatics, and embodying a nomenclature by which tests and experiments made in one school or class can be recorded and compared with similar experiments made and recorded in other places.
