ACCELERATION OF EFFECTIVE DATE. 8 Section 203 of' the Financial Se?Mces Regularroy Re- 9 lief Act of' 2006 (12 U.S.C. 461 note) is amended by strik- 10 ing "October 1, 2011" and inserting "October 1, 2008" 11 SEC. 129. DISCLOSURES ON EXERCISE OF LOAN AUTHOR- 12 ITY. 13 (a) IN GENERAL.--Not later than 7 days after the 14 date on which the Board exercises its authority under the 15 third parag?'aph of' section 13 of' the Federal Reserve Act 16 (12 U.S.C. 343; relating to discounts for individuals, part- 17 netships, and corporations) the Board shall provide to the 18 Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of' 19 the Senate and the Committee on Financial Se?wices of' 20 the House of' Representatives a report which includes-- 21 22 23 24 25 26 and (1) the justification for exercising the authority; (2) the specific terms of the actions of the Board, including the size and duration of the lend- ing, available information concerning the value of any collateral held with respect to such a loan, the
