ASHER Let us run again.

SIMAH Who first?

ASHER You first.

(Simah starts to run, Asher, atter her. Her little cries can be heard in the distance—‘whoo-oo ... whoo-oo... and a little later on—al- ready indistinct—their happy laughter.)
