5. Sidney Ormsby (John1), b. Pittsburgh, 1774; d. Pittsburgh; m. Isaac Gregg, who, with their son, laid out the town of Sidneyville in the spring of 1812, on land originally patented to John Ormsby. It was named for Mrs. Gregg and was afterwards absorbed in Birmingham.[1] |
