I. of William Fitz-Ralph, seneschal of Normandy, was elected in July 1190, and confirmed by the bishop of Rochester ; he was consecrated 5th May 191^^. Ho died 24th Oct. 1 1 95 I. 1196 John de CoyiSTA^stus, dean of Hoiten and archileacon 8 Ric. I. of Oxford^ was consecrated in the abbey of Ham near London by Hubert, archbishop of Canterbury, 2cth Oct.^-, and enthroned 28th Oct. i 196. Ho died 24th Sept.
