At 2 p.m. I lectured at the mountain laboratory Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory on "birds and their relation to man" and at 7 p.m. on "the large mammals of the United States". In latter part of afternoon I helped Rollins pack the collections. Rained hard from 3 to 4 p.m.
