THE NAVY JACK AND THE ADMIRAL FLAG.

This flag shall be of dark blue colour having in the middle the figure of the white elephant, caparisoned, standing on a pedestal and facing the staff.

When used as a Jack, it is to be hoisted at the bow of Royal vessels.

When hoisted at the main mast, it shall indicate that the vessel is in command of an Admiral.

When hoisted at the fore mast with a white "Chakr" in the upper corner in front of the elephant, it shall indicate a Vice-admiral is in command.

When hoisted at the mizzen top, or at the fore top of a two masted vessel, with a white "Chakr" in both the upper and lower corner in front of the elephant, it shall indicate that a Rear-admiral is in command.

No. 10.
THE COMMODORE'S BROAD PENNANT.

The Commodore's Broad Pennant shall be the Navy Jack ending in the form of a swallow tail.

It shall be hoisted on the main mast.

No. 11.
THE OFFICER'S PENNANT.

The Officer's Pennant shall be 20 feet long, by 5 1/4 inches broad at the mast tapering to the point.
