No. 14.
THE PILOT'S FLAG.

The Pilot's Flag is the National Flag with a white border.

It is to be hoisted at the fore top of a vessel requiring a Pilot.

No. 15.
THE DIPLOMATIC SERVICE AND ROYAL COMMISSIONERS
FLAG.

This flag is the same as the Royal Navy Flag, except, that in the upper conner, in front of the elephant, there shall be the escutcheon with the Royal Arms having the "Chakr" and Trident above it and the whole surmounted by the Royal Crown.

This flag is to be used by His Majesty's ambassadors and ministers and by Royal commissioners on special missions.

Government Officials, who are desirous of indicating their official position while on Government service, can do so by hoisting a Royal Navy Flag, which has in the upper corner in front of the elephant, the seal or coat-of-arms of their position, department or province.

They will only be entitled to do so, providing His Majesty's sanction has first been recived and has been published in the Government Gazette.
