7 Most of these kinships are not to be understood in the way you call them, but rather like me and all Christians. That I do not call anyone Father but the one who begat me, nor Mother but the one who gave birth to me. Nor call anyone Grandfather but the one who begat my Father or my Mother. Nor Grandmother but the one who gave birth to my Father, or Mother. Nor Sons, or Daughters, but those that I beget. Nor Grandsons, or Granddaughters but those who my sons beget, or my daughters give birth to. Nor Brother but the one begat by my Father, or given birth to by my Mother. Nor Nephew but the one begat by my brother, or given birth to by my sister. Nor uncle but the Brother of my Father, or of my Mother. Nor Cousin but the one begat by my Uncle, or given birth to by my Aunt, and there are no other kinships. And this conforms to the questions in the Admonitions. The others that used to be called Fathers, and Mothers.
