There are six places of Musalman worship, 1,018 houses, all of which have mud walls. There is a. fair at Bhdratkund, at which 5,000 people assemble. Ram Chandar is said to have visited this place in company with his brother Bharat, and the place takes its name from this visit, " Bhayyadars" meaning the meeting of, the brothers.

In 1209 Fasli the nazim of the period, Mirza Jani, encamped here, demanded a higher revenue from the taluqdar Daljit Singh, and in the dispute killed him. Numerous other fights occurred here.
