It is understood that the Admiralty are ready to put a steamship at the disposal of such' observers as wish to go by sea, and to land at Santander. The rare opportunity is thus afforded of combining a visit to one of the most interesting regions of the earth's surface, with the sight of the grandest spectacle the heavens can present.
