Page 51 the author ſays 'whence [ie from new Plimouth] we ſet ſail the tenth of ſeptember (ie in 1623) and by the same paragraph, it appears that he then
^ ſail'd from new Plimouth to London in the bigger ship called the ann. and eour Bradford in his manuſcript Hiſtory of Plimouth Colony, says at with the ann they ſent his winſlow to in—torus how things are & procure what we want.
this winſlow therefore cloſing this Hiſtory 10th Sept. 10. 1623, when he ſet ſail for London, we may conclude he arriv'd at London about in 2nd of October & Prepared this Relation for the Preſs in november following & Printed it at London in the Beginning of 1624.
Since I wrote the paragraph above I can write more accurately.
For mr morton says that in march 1624 ie the Beginning of 1624
mr winſlow arriv'd at Plimouth in new England, having been
employed as agent for that Plantation, &c.; by wc it ſeems He
must have left London in the Beginning of
^ Feb, & must have printed this Relation
there between the end of October 1623
^ & the end of January 1623/4. and i know it in the cuſtom of the London Printers to
Begin the year in their Books at michaelmaſ: so that after Sept 29.
1623, they will Dale them at the Bottom of the Title Page, 1624.
