3. Petrus ēode ūt and sē ōðer leorningcniht, and cōmun tō þǣre byrgene.[3]

4. Witodlīce hig twēgen urnon ætgædere; and sē ōðer leorningcniht forarn Petre forne, and cōm raðor tō ðǣre byrgenne;[4]

5. and þā hē nyder ābēah, hē geseah þā līnwǣda licgan; and ne ēode þēah in.[5]
